Dealer Discounts:

We offer two different Dealer Levels. You have already been accepted as a Level 1 Dealer and can now purchase at the Level 1 prices.

Placing Orders:

All orders must be placed over the phone with a member of our in-house support staff. Orders placed on our website can not receive dealer discounts! You may fax a Purchase Order detailing your order but our payment requirements must be met.

Payment:

Payment can be made with the following:

• Visa, Master Card, American Express
• Cashiers Check
• Company Check (Note: If payment is made with a company check the order will not ship until the check clears the bank.)

* We do not maintain credit accounts

Warranty:

All equipment purchased by a Level 1 Dealer carries the standard 1 year warranty. Equipment purchased by a Level 2 Dealer carries an extended 2 year warranty. Dealers are responsible for shipping charged for all repairs after the first 30 days of purchase.

Internet Marketing & Pricing:

NO dealer is allowed to list a sale price of any EZWatch Pro product on the internet which is below the Factory Direct price. Dealers are not allowed to use our trade name 'EZWatch Pro' or any version of it in a 'pay-per-click' search engine or program. There are no exceptions to these rules. If a dealer is found to be involved in such marketing, their dealership will be imemdiately terminated and all orders will be denied.

Upgrades:

All software upgrades will be provided free of charge. If an upgrade requires hardware the dealer will be charges for the parts. The factory labor will be provided free of charge.

Shipping

Standard rates apply for all UPS shipping methods. If the equipment is required sooner (3 day, 2 day, overnight) the dealer will be charged the added expense. The shipping costs for orders to be shipped outside the USA will be added to the dealers cost.

Advance Replacements:

Advance replacements will be sent as requested with in the first 30 days with the understanding the advance equipment must be paid for before shipping and will be immediately credited back once the defective equipment is returned.

Returns:

All returns must be sent with an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. An RMA# can be obtained by calling our toll free support number during business hours.

Literature:

EZWatch will provide printed catalogs as requested and sales literature that the dealer can download from our website and print. Other promotional specials and printed material will be provided at the discretion of EZWatch management. Dealers are encouraged to market EZWatch products in any way which is tasteful and based on good business ethics.

Territories:

Requests for protected territories are considered only after the Dealer has generated sales volume which would justify a protected territory. The protected area is negotiated between the dealer and the management of EZWatch Pro and is based on the geographic area and the dealers reasonable maximum service distance.

Termination:

Dealers agree to stop any and all marketing or advertising which EZWatch management deems untactful, misleading or detrimental to EZWatch Pros marketing efforts and goals. The company reserves the right to terminate a dealership at anytime, for any reason.

Disputes:

The Dealer agrees to be governed by the laws of the State of Utah. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Davis County, Utah, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the purchase, re-sale or use of any EZWatch Pro product.
