PTZ Preset Names are lost during a reboot (Resolved)
We have isolated an issue with EZ Watch Pro version 4.3.0.2 where the names of PTZ Preset positions are reset back to 'Preset 01', 'Preset 02', etc. upon restarting the DVR. This issue has been addressed and was resolved with the release of EZ Watch Pro version 4.3.1.15. To resolve this issue, simply update your EZ Watch Pro software to the latest version available from our download site at our Download Page.
ActiveX Signature Expired when viewing remotely (Resolved)
When you attempt to view your cameras remotely, Internet Explorer blocks them giving you a square with a red 'X' in the top left corner, and may pop up an error message stating that it has blocked the control.
This issue has been resolved with the release of version 4.3.0.2 of the EZ Watch Pro software. This version is freely available for download from our Download Center.
