How to Set up Motion Detection Recording on an ArmorPro DVR

Setting up the Motion Detection Recording:

Step 1: Press the MENU key and input the Administrator Password.

Step 2: Highlight REC and press the ENTER key

Step 3: Using the Arrow keys on the Remote Control highlight REC OPTIONS and press the ENTER key.

Step 4: Highlight CONTINUOUS RECORD and press the ENTER key. Highlight OFF and press the ENTER key to confirm the selection.

Step 5: Press the MENU button to return to the previous menu.

Step 6: Use the Arrow keys to select EVENT REC and press the ENTER key.

Step 7: Highlight MOTION DETECTION and press the ENTER key. This will open a menu that allows you to set the Sensitivity of the Motion Detection and the Area to detect.

Step 8: Highlight the number under SEN for Camera 1 and press the ENTER key. Highlight the desired sensitivity and press the ENTER key to confirm the selection.

Step 9: Highlight the section under AREA for Camera 1 and press the ENTER key. Highlight the desired area (ALL, PART, or OFF are the selections) and press the ENTER key to confirm the selection.

Step 10: Repeat steps 6 and 7 for each camera to be configured.

Step 11: Once all cameras have been configured, press the Menu key to return to the EVENT menu.

Step 12: This completes the Motion Detection Set-up. Press the MENU key to return to the REC menu. Press the MENU key again to return to the SETUP menu. Press the MENU key again to return to the LIVE VIEW of the cameras.
