Reinstall Active X Addon

These steps will assist you in removing and reinstalling the EZ Watch Pro ActiveX Controls from Internet Explorer.

Removing the ActiveX Controls from INTERNET EXPLORER 6

Go to 'Tools', then 'Internet Options'. In the center section (Marked 'Temporary Internet Files'), click on the 'Settings' button. On the new window that pops up, click on 'View Objects'.

Find any controls marked 'Hybrid Web View' or 'WebRPB' and delete them by right-clicking on them and selecting Delete.

Removing the ActiveX Controls from INTERNET EXPLORER 7

Go to 'Tools', then 'Manage Add-ons', and select 'Enable or Disable Add-ons'.

At the top of this new window, in the drop-down box named 'Show:' select 'Downloaded ActiveX Controls (32-bit)'.

On the list, find 'Hybrid Web View' and click to select it. Click on the 'Delete' button at the bottom of the page. Do the same steps for 'WebRPB Control'

Reinstalling the ActiveX Control

To reinstall the ActiveX Control, simply open your Internet Explorer browser and go to your remote access website. The control should download and install automatically. If you have any problems installing the new control, please see our page on how to Force Internet Explorer to download Active X.
